Osburn Contractors purchased it's first portable on-site concrete batch plant in March of 1996. Since then our plants have produced over 600,000 cubic yards of concrete. Compressive strengths have always averaged well above design requirements. Every yard has produced a superior installation with excellent workability due, in large part, to high cement content and no fly ash.
